Product Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to COVID-19 Java Salon will no longer be able to take back or exchange any products purchased once the products leave the store. If you have ordered products for curbside pick up and the products have not yet left the store, please contact:

Traditional Gift Cards:

A Java Salon traditional, non promotional gift card is defined as gift cards purchased for a set denominational amount. Java Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards purchase in store or online. Java Salon Gift Cards, in store or online, are non- refundable and hold no cash value. Java Salon Gift Cards are activated 24 hours after purchase. Java Salon traditional, non promotional Gift Cards purchased for a set denominational amount do not expire per Kansas Law.

Promotional Gift Cards/ Vouchers:

Java Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen promotional gift cards/ vouchers. Java Salon promotional gift cards/ vouchers, received in store or online, are non- refundable and hold no cash value. Promotional gift cards/ vouchers can not be combined with any other promotional offers. Java Salon promotional gift cards and vouchers do have expiration dates and/ or only valid for a specific time frame. Please refer to the details included in the email when you receive your promotional gift card/ voucher. If the sale of a traditional gift card that features a promotional gift card is not completed/ voided for any reason, the promotional gift card/ voucher is also voided.

All promotional gift cards/ vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser, NOT the gift card RECIPIENT, with in 3 business days after the activation of the traditional gift card purchase.

Online Appointments:

Terms And Conditions:

Appointments booked online require a $5 - $25 deposit secure the reservations date and time. This fee will be applied to your service. Please read & review our cancelation policy. Amount of deposit is based on the base price of the scheduled service.

Cancelation Policy:

A minimum of 24-hours notice before the beginning time of your appointment is required to make any changes to this appointment. Any notice after 24 hours will forfeit the $5 - $25 deposit. This deposit will become non refundable. If notice of cancelation is made before 24 hours of your reservation the $5 - $25 deposit is transferable to the new appointment reservation.

No call and No Show appointments will be charged a 50% service fee based on the services scheduled online.
